Based in Sacramento, CA, Allen Warren leads New Faze Development, Inc., focusing on infill developments that add valuable commercial and housing stock to economically marginalized California neighborhoods. In 2000, Allen Warren oversaw the construction of a state-of-the-art 28,000-square-foot workforce development and training facility in the Del Paso Heights community.

Allen Warren also directed the 2008 Del Paso Nuevo housing development in the northern part of Sacramento, CA, and his team is presently coordinating the construction of a pair of major nursing facilities and two assisted-living facilities. One of New Faze’s most noteworthy projects, the 80-unit Renaissance Park, was completed in 2016 and is one of several well-received midtown enclave developments that provide homeowners with access to affordable detached residences.

Mr. Warren sponsors the Allen W. Warren Celebrity Golf Classic at the Del Paso Country Club. The well-attended annual event aims to raise capital for organizations such as the Alliance for Compassion & Education Development and the American Red Cross - Gold Country Region.
